Today is National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day and we decided to share Cheryl and Dave's twist on the classic Ruben Sandwich. This recipe calls for both quality meat and cheese so they used Old World Deli's thick cut house cured pastrami for extra flavor and our smoked provolone cheese.

Black sourdough rye bread
Hearty stone ground mustard (you can use your preferred ground mustard)
Smoked Ferndale Farmstead Provolone (If you cannot find Smoked Provolone at your local grocer you can substitute it for our Smoked Scamorza)
1. Pre-heat oven to 375F
2. Slice your black sourdough rye bread to your desired thickness
3. Spread ground mustard on both slices
4. Add your pastrami meat
5. Add sauerkraut
6. Top off the whole sandwich with generous amounts of our smoked provolone cheese
7. Put your sandwich in the oven for 7-10 minutes until cheese has melted. Your sandwich should be golden brown and toasty!
